We are looking for someone with the following experience/capabilities:

  • Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working for a general contractor/construction company.
  • Must have great attention to detail and organization.

Duties would include:

  • Preparing subcontractor/vendor payables for processing.
  • Ensuring required documentation is in place (W9, COI, subcontracts, lien releases, etc.)
  • Adding new vendors to Viewpoint Vista.
  • Managing all payables within Viewpoint Vista.
  • Reporting for AP/Representing payables department at the weekly meeting.
  • Manage company credit accounts at supply houses/lumber yards, etc.
  • Calling in credit card payments when approved.
  • Filing of all payables and company account information.
  • Credit applications when requested.
  • Manage W9s and 1099 for the company.
  • Managing the inflow of vendor invoices through email to ensure none are missed.
  • Managing an intern to help with payables.
